We’ve raised an impressive £7000 for Caudwell Children (a national charity that provides practical and emotional support to disabled children and their families) at our recent White and Gold Gala event. The glamorous gala evening of fine dining and entertainment was hosted in a bid to raise as much money as possible for the charity, aiding them in transforming children’s lives across the UK.
The evening began with red carpet arrivals, accompanied with drinks and canapes, before a grand three course meal was served. Guests were treated to a fantastic range of entertainment, including a performance from 2006 x-factor contestant, Jonathan Bremner.
We also had a special visit from this year’s The Apprentice contestant, James White! James, who comes from Birmingham, is one of the most controversial characters on this year’s show and has already proven himself to be a formidable contestant to win billionaire business mogul and Amstrad founder Lord Alan Sugar’s approval.
In addition to funds raised through ticket sales, we hosted live auctions and raffles throughout the evening to gather as much money as possible for Caudwell Children charity.
“I’d like to thank everyone who came along to our White and Gold Gala, it really was a spectacular evening. The money we were able to raise collectively for Caudwell Children will make a huge difference to the lives of many children. We hope all of our guests enjoyed themselves as much as we did!” Rai Singh, Pushkar’s Creative Director.
“It was a fantastic evening and we can’t thank those at Pushkar Cocktail Bar and Dining enough for fundraising for the charity in this way. Every single penny that they’ve raised will go directly to the children that we support in the midlands.” Kerrie Davies, Head of Events at Caudwell Children.
