A house specialty. Breast of chicken simmered slowly in a refreshing and enticing broth of onions and tomato.

Lamb Jalfrezi
Diced lamb stir fried with colorful cubes of peppers and onion, spiced with slit chillies.

North Indian Fish Curry
A delicious full-flavoured, tangy and spicy fish curry cooked with tomato, green pepper, chilli, ginger and ajwain (carom) gravy enriched with cashew nuts. This is a dish inspired by the eateries found in the highways of Northern India called “dhabas“.

A medley of five seasonal vegetables tossed in an onion and tomato based masala.

Barra Kebab
Lamb chops and bitesize pieces of boneless lamb, marinated in yoghurt, red chilli, ginger and caramelised onion. Cooked in a tandoor.

Cubes of chicken cooked with mildly spiced methi leaves and thickened with yoghurt.

Nihari Gosht
Lamb, slow cooked in an intense, aromatic curry of caramelized onions, yoghurt and cashew nuts, flavoured with dried rose petals, black pepper, mace and cardamom.

Malai Fish Curry
Tilapia fish curry with a velvety smooth gravy of cashew nuts, onions and coconut.

Bagara Baingan (V)
Cubed brinjals (aubergines) cooked in a dry tomato, onion, coloured pepper and yoghurt combination.

Palak Kofta (V)
