A mild kebab cooked in Awadhi spices with a pinch of saffron (zafran). Serve with chilled raita.

A Punjabi take on the bhuna lamb. Diced lamb and mince preparation slow cooked with selected spices.

NORTH INDIAN FISH CURRY*
A delicious full-flavored, tangy and spicy fish curry cooked in tomato, green peppers, chilli, ginger and ajwain gravy enriched with cashew nuts. This is a dish inspired by the eateries found in the highways of Northern India called the “dhabas”.
